Pure Essential Oils
You can use essential oils as: Facial Steam, Masque, Facial oil blend using only a few drops (3 - 6) in water or in a cream or lotion per application.
As an inhaler for bronchial or sinus trouble, in a bath using a few drops mixed with a little milk, as a compress for muscle pain mixed with water and using a cloth apply to affected area, or after showering a few drops on a damp cloth and gently rubbing over the body allowing the air around you to dry the skin, you could even make your own bath salts by mixing a handful of either epsom salts, sea salt or baking soda with a few drops of essential oils and then adding to your warm bath. Using carrier oils mixed with a few drops of essential oil you can use as a body rub before taking a bath to give you an extra glow to the skin.
Essential oils can also be used to treat a variety of physical ailments effectively, but you must seek advice before you use this method with a qualified therapist.
If you have certain medical problems like high or low blood pressure, elipsey, or pregnancy, breast feeding, even driving or using machinery, there are certain essential oils that should be avoided even though there is very little scientific evidence to support this, it is also best to seek medical advice.
